We are delighted to confirm that the CSS Grant for £20 million has been formally approved. This is a massive result for our community; it means the essential work to remove flammable cladding will proceed at no known cost to leaseholders.
Work on-site commences this Monday, 23 February:
- Site Preparation: Initial work begins with protecting the trees included in our new Garden Plan.
- Welfare & Safety: CBG, the contractor, are establishing a “Welfare Village” for the team and erecting safety fencing around construction areas.
- Information Centre: A dedicated Information Centre is being set up in the lower garage. A full communication plan is being developed to ensure you are kept informed throughout every phase of the project.
- Reminders: Garden clearances are being completed as required, and balcony clearances should now be final.
