New Managing Agents – Eddison’s – Daniells Harrison
Over the last year we talked to four potential managing agents, comparing services against our current agents Remus / Fexco. After a number of interviews, we carried out due diligence, talking to four of their clients and this included site visits around our estate. We compared the contractual agreements with the current agreement and then took legal advice on the agreement to cover all of our commitments under the lease. Six months’ notice was given to Remus on the 1st February.
We can reassure you that there will be no increase in managment fee to leaseholders, but managing agent fees are reviewed annually. We will be retaining John our caretaker.
