Phase one of parking scheme has started in front car park

We have a privately operated parking permit scheme to ensure that you can park in the parking space that you own and your access will not be blocked in any way. And to prevent unauthorised parking around our homes.

The scheme is being reinstated at the front of the grand ocean building and the second stage will come online later. The second stage is the three garages and the outside spaces on Wicklands Avenue side.

All leaseholders and residents will be advised in good time, so you can register vehicles for a virtual parking permit. If your vehicle is parked in your allocated bay and is accidentally ticketed it will be withdrawn.

There will be facility to temporarily register a different vehicle to use your space for substitute vehicles or for  visitor use.
Unauthorised parked vehicles will receive a private parking fine initially by parking wardens. If  a parking notice is issues to a registered vehicle and authorised space then it will be cancelled. There is no resident unattended parking at the front of the grand ocean building or in non car bays areas at any time.
If you have any issues please email after the full details have been sent to you and they will be publicised by Remus well in advance of activation of stage two.
