After the recommendation below, I was in touch with John Goodes in the morning and he came in the afternoon and sorted my block drain out in about five minutes. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and efficient and one of his team is coming to fit spriggets on our washing machine and dishwasher, so the same issue doesn’t happen again. he also gave me tips on after-care.We had Heasman Junior out about four times, who spent ages taking everything apart and could never resolve the issue.
