New Builds cladding and fire safety work

The investigation survey work is in hand to commence in January to produce an expert report funded mostly by the freeholder to carry out an intrusive survey of the walls on the four New Builds. This may help to change the NHBC rejection of our claims on Ionian, Caspian and some of Pacific and may also assist the Freeholder with any claim they may have against Explore Living the Developer, which should include all the four new builds. We need to know the wall structure to agree on the schedule of work to get all of the four new builds fixed.
