Save the Date – Celebration Garden Party
We warmly invite all residents and leaseholders to the reopening ceremony of our splendid, historic, Grade II-listed Grand Ocean Building, which will feature a garden soirée to express our gratitude for your patience during the renovations. Local dignitaries and architectural heritage organisations will also be invited.

Additionally, we look forward to celebrating the confirmation of our successful government funding application for renovations on the four new builds.
